Your right
For online purchases you have an unconditional 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, under the Norwegian Cancellation Act.
How to withdraw
Send an unambiguous notice to post@compactliving.com within the deadline, and include your order number. You may also use the standard withdrawal form.
Returns
Return costs are borne by you. Goods must be returned in essentially the same condition, preferably in original packaging. Contact us for the return address and shipping suggestions.
Refund
We refund the full purchase amount (incl. original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method.
