What we collect
Name, email, phone and delivery address when you order or submit a form. Organisation number for business orders.
Anonymised usage statistics, only if you consent in the cookie banner.
Purpose and legal basis
Processing and delivering orders (contract). Answering enquiries (legitimate interest). Newsletter only with active consent, double opt-in. Accounting data is retained under the Bookkeeping Act (legal obligation).
Retention
Enquiries: up to 2 years after last contact. Order and invoice data: 5 years (Bookkeeping Act). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Who we share with
The AIhjelp1 platform (data processor for orders, enquiries and email), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Fiken (invoicing), the freight carrier (delivery details) and Innovation Living (delivery details only, for factory-direct shipping). Payment providers (Stripe/Vipps/Klarna) will be added when activated; this policy is updated first.
Your rights
